If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. You will need to wait for the delivery and then contact us to initiate a return, if eligible, in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

5. Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved before the order is processed or shipped, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a reasonable number of business days for the refund to be reflected, as processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. When Cancellation May Not Be Possible

Cancellation may not be possible in the following situations:

  • The order has already been processed and is being prepared for dispatch
  • The order has already been shipped or is in transit
  • The product is a custom, personalized, or made-to-order item
  • The cancellation request is received after a reasonable window following the order placement
